Four Partners Place

The fourth Partners Place building within the South Research Campus affords 64,000 square feet of technical office space in addition to an 11,000 square foot Data Center housing mission critical, enterprise-wide infrastructure for the University of Oklahoma. Designed to foster a collaborative environment, the large common spaces facilitate multi-disciplinary interactions. The conveying stairwells, surround with tinted low-E glazing, bathes the users as they travel between levels. A large community break area provides intuitive seating arrangements and lighting to stimulate the spontaneous exchange of ideas.

Many of the design decisions were made with the overriding goal to conserve resources. LEED Certification was awarded to both the office and data center components which further underscore the commitment of the University and the teamwork by all groups associated with the project.
