Harold’s Corporate Office

From its original use as a garment factory and a short stint as the famed Cadillac Bar in Dallas, this single-story industrial building was transformed into the corporate design hub for a national retail company. 

Each design studio benefits from original north clerestory illumination from above that affords the design staff well-lit workspace from which to create next season’s hot fashions. Exposed white building structure and building systems along with warm exposed masonry walls and stained concrete corridors provide an airy backdrop for creative minds to flourish.
