Republic Bank Square

Our charge was two-fold: design an office building to accommodate a range of corporate tenants and create a facility that would cleanly integrate a branch bank with a multi-lane drive-thru near a heavily traveled intersection. The design solution conveys an updated image of the surrounding office campus through the integration of materials, detailing, and massing. Bold masonry corner buttresses anchor the building to the site, while a simple hipped roof clad in Vermont slate caps the overall design.
