Indian Ridge

This first phase of a master planned golf community contains nearly 500 acres and is punctuated with architectural features that hearken back to the national park architecture of the late 1930s. Heavy timber trusses, tiered ledgestone veneer, and broad overhangs typify the character of this development.

Facilities include a 30,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, entry gatehouse, well house, on-course facilities, maintenance building, and future equestrian center. The existing rolling terrain, meandering creeks, and dense oaks were preserved during the master-planning phase.
