Following High School Kathy joined the US Army in 1988 and over the next 12 years traveled the globe while in Active Duty and the Reserves. Kathy experienced different cultures, developed her architecture and construction skills, and helped build unique structures for the Reserves. Kathy has been with The McKinney Partnership since 1999 and currently serves as Manager of our Existing Conditions Survey Division. Kathy’s diverse and vast experience in Architecture and Construction affords her a unique perspective that has been instrumental in the development of TMP’s Survey Division into a global leader. Away from TMP Kathy is an active with GSSF, her church, and her family.
