Harold’s Outlet

This majestic Spanish Revival building housed a local bookstore for decades while the third floor was the home to OU campus dances.  The McKinney Partnership Architects worked closely with Harold’s, a national retailer headquartered in Norman, in the adaptive redesign of the building into a vibrant retail center. Original maple floors, plaster arches, Italian barrel mission tile roofing, and white painted trim were preserved and integrated into this beautiful adaptive re-use on Campus Corner.
