The Packard

The original Packard auto showroom, established in 1928, now enriches downtown Oklahoma City’s Automobile Alley with new life. The building was reincarnated through a renovation that blended historic and contemporary design. 36,761 square feet were designed for modern industrial office space, a lower level retail area, and the New American Kitchen restaurant. The brick-and-mortar exterior is capped with an expansive roof deck that affords guests stunning evening views of the Oklahoma City skyline. The project is an economic anchor for a flourishing area of Oklahoma City.
