Five Partners Place

Reaching four floors and 100,000 square feet, this facility is the fifth in the Partners Place complex within the University Research Campus. Ribbon windows of low-E glass and integral louver shades wrap the exterior. A metal wall system clads the building’s curvilinear profile in conjunction with masonry accents that blend with the Research Campus.

Inside, metal and wood accents create a modern yet warm environment, while skylights and glass floor penetrations allow natural light to flood the space. A multitude of sustainable design strategies contribute to LEED Certification, the third consecutive Partners Place project to attain this designation.
