The McKinney Partnership Architects worked closely with Nextep, a highly rated human resource outsourcing and consulting firm, to design its new offices in Republic Square. The design reflects the firm’s culture through the colors, texture, lighting, and furnishings as well as the integration of employee spaces that enhances the work environment.
