McIntosh Residence

The owner brought a vision for a stucco mission-style home from the historic neighborhoods of San Diego and San Francisco. Barrel mission roof tiles, palm-applied smooth stucco, cast stone accents and teal casement windows were meshed to shape this well-proportioned home. An innovative insulating concrete form system was incorporated for the exterior walls which created an excellent substrate for the cement stucco and added to the total home design qualifying for LEED Certification.
