MetroShoe Warehouse

University North Park is a thriving new retail hub in Norman, and TMP is proud to have designed this recent addition. This new retail building near the corner of 24th and Rock Creek adds an upscale contemporary layer to the development. The building is approximately 17,000 square feet and is anchored by MetroShoe Warehouse, with two smaller tenant spaces on the front facade. MetroShoe is a popular regional shoe and clothing store with a variety of high-end apparel. It occupies approximately 12,000 square feet of the building, with high ceilings, vibrant display areas, and flat screen displays utilized throughout the interior and storefront displays. The exterior features sleek wood panels, white framing elements, a dark brick blend, and entry canopies to shade and protect the storefronts.
