The Packard

Oklahoma City, OK

The original Packard auto showroom, established in 1928, now enriches downtown Oklahoma City’s Automobile Alley with new life. The building was reincarnated through a renovation that marries historic and contemporary design. 36,761 square feet were designed for modern industrial office space, a lower level retail area, and the New American Kitchen restaurant.

The brick and mortar exterior is capped with an expansive roof deck that affords guests stunning views of the Oklahoma City skyline. The project represents an economic anchor for a flourishing part of the city.
